    “Listen”

    High Hopes

Palm Trees & Power Lines is a punk quartet from Jacksonville, FL, that truly capture the feel of youthful punk.  Their music reminds the listener of the skate punk scene that spawned the Offspring and the fun side of that punk stalwart, the Buzzcocks.  The guitars wail on “Listen”.  The band is composed of Josh Cravey (guitar/vocals), Kyle Bailey (bass), Casey Johnson (Drums), and Shafer Tasso (lead guitar/backup vocals).  Interestingly, the band met at a local pool hangout and found that they had punk in common and so formed a band.  This is a great punk rock band; young, loud, and snotty like punk should be.
