What a great song. Liars are a bad unlike any band out there. “Mess on a Mission” is one of the catchiest songs ever with a deeper meaning that most pop songs, which is not. Liars perform at a level far above most bands. The chorus goes “We’re men on a mission; Facts are facts and fiction’s fiction.” This sums up the band’s philosophy, but it cannot begin to do justice to Liar’s edginess and danceability. This song sticks in your head for many days to come.
