There is something about Looms that is old yet brand new. This could almost be a song from Crosby, Stills, and Nash or Blind Melon.
This laid-back hippie sound is so perfect on record, but is also perfect for reinterpretation live, as is the way with most great music.
Looms is the perfect outside concert band. Forget those popular arena bands; Looms has an intimate, folksy sound that just begs for jamming.
I love this song. I’d like to take a “sunny” day and lay outside with headphones and listen to this song and watch the sky. Great band.
