I am now in my living glory as a human being.  Two of my favorite bands of all time, performing together.  I have been a Sparks fan since 1972 when I heard “Get In The Swing”, and I have loved Franz Ferdinand.  I always thought that “The Dark Of The Matinee” had that Sparks sound.  Hearing the two bands combine is just plain ecstasy.  And Ron and Russell Mael haven’t aged a bit, nor have they mellowed.  Thank you, all you higher Muses.  This is the perfect music I have been waiting for.
