What is in the water in Melbourne? I am totally amazed at the depth of talented from “Down Under”. Teckenoff is a tremendous singer/songwriter in the style of the Byrds or Stephen Stills, but he is as modern as they come. Teckenoff is the artist you curl up with (not literally, but that isn’t a bad idea) to listen to on those evenings when you want to relax and think. He just might become my favorite singer/songwriter. “Troubled Times” is just a beautiful song, with its quiet acoustic guitar and gentle background band. Simply beautiful.
