Casey Dubie is one of those singer/songwriters that most of the genre want to be. “Motion Sick” displays her songwriting talent and ability to create a sense of serenity and balance through a song. Her voice is crystal clear, and her gentle guitar playing absolutely matches her vocals and her lyrics. She reminds me of a modern Buffy Ste. Marie or Joan Baez, the old time folk line. I’m impressed. If she can perform live as well as she can sing and play, I cannot wait to hear and see her live.
