I love DIY female-led punk. TULIPS answers all that. This is a punk band in the same terms of Bikini Kill and Babes In Toyland. Watch out: this band is seriously heavy. The lineup is composed of Angie Bloom: vox/guitar/bass; Taleen Kali: vox/guitar/bass; and Travis Barnes: drums/percussion. This is one of my new favorite bands. Since I’ve downloaded their work, I have listened to them hundreds of times and love what I hear more and you. You gotta hear them for yourself. Words actually fail me.
