Damn.  These blues rock bands just keep getting thrown at me, and God, I love.  Thunderchief have this wild west blues quality to them.  Composed of Brett (The Butcher) Sanders – Bass and Acoustic Guitars, Dylan Jarman – Vocals and Electric Guitar, and David Lee – Percussion and Beard, Thunderchief has these great rifts running through all their songs, and vocals to kill for.  The drums and bass just propel the song, filling up all the space so Jarman can just throw those great rifts above the sound.  Thunderchief have a sound that’s like a marriage between Cream and the James Gang, with some Blackfoot added in.  I get the feeling I’m swigging whiskey in a Wild West Bar, sharing the stool with the barmaid, and just jamming out.  These guys are that good.  I’m not sure where Auburn, CA, is, but I can see the cowboys and the gold rushers jamming to this band.  Love them.  You guys frickin know how to rock.
