“Nu Hope” is the first song Negative Gemini has released without vocals, and it is a stand out track of electronic beauty. With a pulsating bassline, and a beautiful melody, “Nu Hope” highlights the production talent of Negative Gemini. Although I miss her wonderful vocals, this song does show off Negative Gemini’s gifts as songwriter and producer. Her new album, Body Work, drops on August 12th. If “Nu Hope” is any indicative, we, the listeners/dancers, are in for a hot August.
