    “Landscape”

    Hometown

What an interesting, strange band.  The sounds they make, the way they play for the vocals, adds a haunting aspect to their music.  With songs written in the forest and performed in the city, Eyelid Kid construct spiritual adventures through their music. After only a few shows together, the band naturally grew from Paul Grant’s solo electronic act to a four piece, including  additional members, Sam Jordan (drums) and dancers, Mckenzie and Morgan Taylor.  They have this electronic Tame Impala sound to them, but made just a little creepier.  Their video for “Landscape” co-stars Violett Beane, who plays Jesse Wells on The Flash.  She fits in quite well with Eyelid Kid’s superpowerful, electronic sound.
