What an interesting band Holy Wave is. Originally from El Paso, the band, comprised of Kyle Hager, Dustin Zozaya, Julian Ruiz, Joey Cook, and Ryan Fuson, recently moved to Austin, where they soaked up a lot of the laid-back, artsy atmosphere of the music scene there. Holy Wave is a combination of punk, psychedelia, and garage rock to make these wonderful, out of this world, sounds. They remind me of the Electric Prunes in the way they have made a psychedelia sound so visceral. I love this band so much.
