    “It Just Hits You/The Current”

Journalism, coming from the bowels of that great city within a city, Brooklyn, have a new single out, and crimey, it kicks musical ass.  Journalism is comprised of Kegan Zema – Vocals/Guitar; Mike Greene – Guitar; Brendan Mehan – Drums; and Sean Liljequist – Bass, and they play what they refer to as bro-fi space pasta.  I really love this band, and I can identify with “It Just Hits You”, the problems you can go through when everyone around you is getting blitz, and you are not.  I love this band.  They have a great post punk sound that really is just wonderful.  These guys have it all.  Ringing guitars, great bass line, wonderful drums, honest vocals and lyrics; what more can you want.  A lot of bands need to listen to these guys.  This is what music is about.
