Can you be emotional and still kick ass? The Pleading say, HELL YES.  This band from East Nashville/Clarksville, Tennessee, are emo as all get out and heavier than most bands out there.  Comprised of J.Cease Owens – Vocals | Brandon Sather – Drums | Justin Peaytt – Guitar | Matt Robertson – Guitar | Dewayne Henson – Bass, The Pleading show that heavy doesn’t mean shallow.  J. Cease Owens has a voice like Eddie Vedder without the posturing.  This band is good, they are damned good.  One of the best alt/heavy metal/grunge bands I have ever heard, period.  Check these guys out: you won’t be sorry.  Your mind and body will love you.  And your ears will bleed.  What more do you want?
