St. Jude The Obscure, based in Liverpool, are a new Electronic Art Pop 2-piece consisting of Adele Emmas and Christian Sandford, previously from bands Bird and Feral Love. These guys are great, in a strange, electronic, odd way. Emmas’ voice is an unbelievable instrument. They are so cool, as in COOL. I love these guys. They are going to conquer the world. They do give out that British, pastoral vibe, just like Thomas Hardy’s novel, Jude The Obscure, the pull of town and country, Madonna and Magdalene, good and evil. Great band, I love them so much.
