    Arcade Fire

    “Everything Now”

    Everything Now

YEAH!!!!!  The number one hipster band in the world is finally going to release their follow-up to Reflector.  I, for one, am extremely happy.  I have been a fan of Arcade Fire for years now.  Everything they do is so good, so original, so beyond labels.  I know that the joke is, “are you now, or have you ever been, a member of Arcade Fire”.  (Lillian on “The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt”).  To me, they are tremendous band, and Everything Now is a great addition to their discography.  Arcade Fire is made up of  Win Butler, Regine Chassagne, William Butler, Richard Reed Parry, Tim Kingsbury, Jeremy Gara, and Sarah Neufeld (touring only).  The sound of the new single starts slow and echoey, and then speeds up and turns out to be a tremendously peppy song.  Thank you for making 2017 a good year.
