    “Half Asleep”

What a great song.  I have no idea how I missed this singer/songwriter.  He is tremendous.  I’ve been listening to his music all evening, and he never fails to amaze me.  Listen and you’ll agree.  Sounding a little like Dwight Twilley or Elliot Smith, Dane has this rough yet melodic voice as he sings his songs of love and longing.  Coming from LA, and having this amazing knack for melody and riffs, Dane is the singer you’ve been waiting for.  He is opening for Pearl Charles in February in LA and Seattle.  Catch him live.  He is that good.
