They’re back, and back with a vengeance. This time, Palm Ghosts is performing as a band, and they are as great as ever. The nom de plume of Joseph Lekkas- Vocals, Bass, this time Lekkas as surrounded himself with Jason Springman- Guitars, Rene Lambert- Drums, Erica Whitney Wilkes- Vocals, Keyboards, and Benjamin Douglas- Guitars, Keyboard. What a sound. This is what dream pop at its best should sound like. Sometimes the have this Slow Children sound to them, but mostly, Lekkas is Lekkas, and that’s all you need. This is the perfect winter song. It makes me almost forget about the cold and the flu. Thanks, Joseph. You just made my year.
