I love Courtney Barnett. I cannot wait for her new album to land. She has the most original writing style, almost as if she’s talking to you, telling you what she has on her mind. And her guitar playing; she is a guitar god. Yeah, I’m obsessed. If I had just one recent artist I could listen, and only one, it would be Barnett. I don’t think I quote an artist as much as I do her (maybe Patti Smith and PJ Harvey). She is simply that great. Courtney, don’t ever change. (You know, don’t get a big head; I love the down-to-earth you.) Thank you for the great music.
