Heavy Metal at Its Best: New Years Day – “Kill Or Be Killed”

    New Years Day

    “Kill Or Be Killed”

    Diary Of A Creep

This is what heavy metal should sound like: killer vocals, killer riffs, killer beats, “Kill Or Be Killed”.  New Years Day has been around since 2007, and their repertoire is killer.  Coming from Anaheim, New Years Day is comprised of Ash Costello – Vocals, Nikki Misery – Guitar, and Jeremy Valentyne – Guitar.  Diary Of A Creep is a record of covers, but each of those songs have Ash’ signature growl and yelp on them, making these songs all New Years Day’s.  This is a great band.  They are playing in Pittsburgh on Monday night on Stage AE opening for Halestorm.  Check them out.  Killer band.
