If you love literate, beautiful singer/songwriter music, you will adore Chris Blacker. Blacker has a voice that could melt a Yeti’s frozen heart, and his lyrics are simply beautiful without ever falling short of poetry. Yes, Blacker is a poet, and behind the piano, he is an absolute genius. I really cannot say enough great things about Chris Blacker. You just have to listen for yourself. Oh, and if you’re in NYC, he often plays at piano bars around the city. I am heading to NYC soon just to see him play. He is the best.
