“Sunset Shawty (w/vito)”
Josiah Gomula, singing as Lil Josiey, has created a beautiful, honest song that is perfect for summer/fall days. Lil Josiey has this great acoustic guitar playing with this beautiful voice that is tinged with emotion without becoming wimpy. The man sings from his heart, and “Sunset Shawty” is one of those songs you will not only identify with, but you won’t get it out of your head. Sometimes Lil Josiey sounds like Bryan “Dexter” Holland without the punk background. (By the way, I’ve always considered Holland one of the great vocalists.) Lil Josiey is releasing his album later, and I can’t wait for it to come out. He is definitely an artist to watch.
