    “Where Are You Going?”

This is some of the best neo funk/soul I’ve heard for a while.  Palmas, from Philadelphia, sound as if Smoky Robinson decided to front Tame Impala.  This is extremely funky and fun music.  Comprised of Eric, Matthew, Adam, Andrew, and Kurt, Palmas describe their music as “Tasty Melodies”.  I describe them as just great.  This is a band I really can get into.  It does make me want to go to the beach.  There is a Caribbean feel to their music.  Funk and soul from Philly with a touch of Jamaica.
