What a great, funky sound.  This reminds me of bands like Rare Earth and Ides of March.  I love the sound so much.  Coming from LA, Distant Cousins is comprised of Dov Rosenblatt, Duvid Swirsky, and Ami Kozak.  This trio cooks.  First time I heard “Lights On”, I was up dancing around the room.  I gotta quote their bio:

A multi-layered collaboration of 3 songwriters/producers/performers; cousin Ami, cousin Dov, and cousin Duvid. Feels like singing along with family!
Distant Cousins do make you want to sing along.  What a band.  Now they have to come to Pittsburgh.  I know that live these guys kick it.
