Kick Ass Rock n Roll: Troi Irons – “Strangers”

    Troi Irons

    “Strangers”

This is one of the hardest kicking songs I have heard for a long time.  Troi Irons plays some of the heaviest guitar licks I have heard for a while.  This is great rock and roll.  Combine Alanis’ lyricism with Shirley Manson’s in your face wail with heavier guitars (like PJ Harvey of Dry and Rid Of Me) than most of the guys out there and you get Irons.  This is not for the weak; this is for the punk out there.  And with lyrics like “Blend right in so you don’t kill me / I’m a stranger”, Irons is going for the jugular.  This is some of the best rock and roll I have heard for a long time.  Thank you so much.  You just rocked my world.
