One of THE classic metal bands out there, As I Lay Dying is set to release their seventh album into an unsuspecting world to burn your ears and melt your brain with their frenetic music. Christ, just listen to the drums, the bass, the guitars, propelling this song faster than man was meant to go. I swear I heard a sonic boom while listening.
AS I LAY DYING comments, “We are tremendously grateful to have found positive resolve from the worst moments of our history. The previous chapter of our journey was one of pervasive hurt and pain. Subsequent years found us on varied paths—all of which slowly led towards resolutions of growth, healing, and reconciliation. The quintet, comprised of Tim Lambesis – vocals, Nick Hipa – guitars, Phil Sgrosso – guitars, Josh Gilbert – bass guitar & vocals, and Jordan Mancino – drums, have come out of sunny San Diego with some of the most ferocious music ever.
