    Doctor Steevo

    “Another Day”

    This Mutoid

Doctor Steevo is back with his bizarre, creative, amazing dense music.  Think Depeche Mode recorded through a blender, with the darkness super accented.  Put it this way:  it’s 3AM, you awaken for no reason, you think dark thoughts, you don’t know what is up and what is down.  Guess what? You’re in Doctor Steevo’s world.  As his bio puts it:

I’m Doctor Steevo, I’m a French boy living in Oxford UK. My music conveys my personal voyage and perspective through my unique sonic palette. Modern music made for modern life, a mix of Edm, Electronica , Trip Hop, chill out , break beat and experimental music.
    Welcome to 2019 welcome to Doctor Steevo’s surgery… My laboratory… My universe…
Doctor Steevo has again put new life into the whole EDM/Trip Hop genre, giving us hope (dark as it is), that music at least is not dead, though the earth’s collective spirit is dying.  God, I love Doctor Steevo.  He is the coolest, he is the new beatnik, he is Trip Hop’s Patti Smith.  Make an appointment: the Doctor is IN.

    Another Day

    Checkmate!
    you’re burning your soul
    I’ve studied your moves
    Another night another…
    Echec et mat!
    They’re burning your soul
    Study your moves
    Another night, another story
    Another night, another day
    Checkmate!
    in the opening phase
    You made your moves
    Another night another…
    Echec et mat!
    They’re burning your soul
    Study your moves
    Another night, another story
    Another night, another day

    Find yourself
Suit yourself ; bury your soul!
    You’ll find yourself another number…
    …Another story…

    Another night another …
    Echec et mat!
    They’re burning your soul
    Study your moves
    Another night another story
    Another night, another day
    Checkmate!
    Your queen’s under threat
    You acted like a fool
    Another night, another..
    Echec et mat!
    They’re burning your soul
    Study your moves
    Another night, another story

    Find yourself
    Suit yourself: bury your soul!
You’ll find yourself another number …
    …Another number…
    Another story…

    Another number
    Another story
    Another night, another day…
