    Paula Cole

    “Hope Is Everywhere”

    Revolution

Paula Cole has released one of the strongest albums she has ever released, which is saying a lot, and the song that she chose for a bold choice.  It’s very optimistic considering all the shit going on, but what is fascinating is the complete change in musical styles she goes through.  The songs starts in that beautiful folk style she is know for and then, in the middle, she sounds like she is channeling Donna Summer, but the way she does it, it’s a good thing.  This is a fantastic song, and she has never been in such great voice.  Welcome back, Paula (I know, you’ve never gone away; I moved farther away, but I’m back.)  Thank you for a great new album.
