Eden James – “Stranger” – All The Good Blank Are Taken

I have finally heard the male equivalent of Bonnie Raitt.  Australian-born, NYC based Eden James sings that great blues rocks like no other.  This is the type of song you play at that honkytonk bar you go when you’re out for a good time and just want to connect with someone.  I love this quote from Classic Rock:  “gorgeously sunny indie-come-Americana…a hidden gem” and “sunkissed Iggy-esque upbeat soul.” I find it a return to that classic rock n roll that is so missing in the music scene.  Like a shot of good whiskey, James rocks with the best of them.  And we need that right now.
