Following the success of their debut single, ‘Apex Predator,’ and subsequent tracks, ‘Burning Bridges’ and ‘Mud,’ rising alt-rock three-piece milkshed. have released their highly anticipated debut EP, Mud, today. Their debut is an alt-rock gem with an incredibly fresh take on the genre.

Working out of a disused milk parlour in the depths of Southwest England, Cam Gallaher, Jake Tulley and Alf Grey have honed their enigmatic sound for their debut EP. Their ability to blend 90s grunge and garage rock elements with pop songwriting sensibilities is reminiscent of their influences like Nirvana, Pixies and Queens of the Stone Age. Still, it results in a fresh take on modern guitar music.

Tackling dynamic and matured concepts like leaning into change, coming to terms with life, and feeling helpless, Mud combines milkshed.’s raw energy with introspective songwriting to create a fresh grimy and grungy rock sound. Their first release, ’Apex Predator,’ caught the attention of Grammy-winning producer/mixerAdrian Bushby, known for his work with artists like Foo Fighters, which led to his collaboration with the band to finish the remainder of their debut EP.
