Channel Tres has unveiled his upcoming debut album, Head Rush, set to be released on June 14th through RCA Records. Alongside the album announcement, he released a new single titled “Berghain,” featuring Barney Bones from South LA. This track offers a glimpse into what listeners can expect from the album. “Head Rush” preserves the distinctive sound that made Channel Tres a standout since his acclaimed 2018 single “Controller,” yet it introduces new influences that signal a fresh musical direction. The single “Berghain” exemplifies this evolution, presenting a sense of urgency that distinguishes it from anything else in Channel’s repertoire.
Discussing “Berghain,” Channel Tres explained, “It’s inspired by my experience performing at Berghain, where the inclusive culture made me feel accepted. There, everyone is united by the desire to enjoy themselves and embrace freedom, with music being central to that experience. This track is my way of capturing and preserving those moments through my music, allowing me to relive them during performances.”
