Tickets for Oasis’s highly anticipated reunion tour go on sale at 9 a.m. local time in the UK (4 a.m. ET) on Saturday, August 31. The announcement, made on the band’s official website, marks the first time in over a decade that the iconic British rock group will perform together.

“There hasn’t been a single, defining moment that sparked the reunion,” the band said in a statement. “Instead, it’s been a gradual realization that now is the right time.” They also hinted at additional shows outside of Europe, which are being planned for later next year, sparking excitement among fans worldwide.

The 2025 reunion tour will kick off on July 4 at Cardiff Principality Stadium in Wales, with the band scheduled to play a total of 14 dates across the UK. These shows are set to be monumental events, celebrating the band’s enduring legacy and influence on British rock music.

In a post on social media platform X, Oasis frontmen Noel and Liam Gallagher confirmed the reunion, declaring, “This is it, this is happening.” The announcement comes just two days before the 30th anniversary of Oasis’s seminal debut album, Definitely Maybe. Released in 1994, the album featured iconic tracks such as “Live Forever,” “Rock ‘n’ Roll Star,” and “Supersonic,” and catapulted the band to international fame, making them a cornerstone of the Britpop movement.

The reunion is particularly noteworthy given the notoriously rocky relationship between the Gallagher brothers, which led to Oasis’s split in 2009. Despite years of public feuding and trading insults, the decision to reunite appears to be a testament to the enduring power of their music and the undeniable demand from fans to see the band back together. This upcoming tour promises to be a historic moment for rock music, as Oasis returns to the stage to celebrate their storied career and bring their timeless anthems to a new generation of fans.
