Tycho Unveils Transformative New EP, “Where You Are” Featuring Cautious Clay

GRAMMY®-nominated electronic visionary Tycho caps off a groundbreaking year with the release of their highly anticipated EP, Where You Are, out now via Mom + Pop in the U.S. and Ninja Tune worldwide. The 6-track EP is headlined by the stunning reimagination of the title track from their critically acclaimed album Infinite Health. Featuring the soulful vocals of Blue Note artist Cautious Clay (Billie Eilish, John Mayer, John Legend), the new version, “Infinite Health (Feat. Cautious Clay),” is streaming now across all digital platforms.

Originally conceived as an instrumental on Infinite Health, Scott Hansen (Tycho) saw the potential for something greater and sent the track to Cautious Clay. The result? A song that stands apart with its own emotional depth and introspection, forming the heart of Where You Are.

“To make the biggest positive impact on those you love, you need to be the healthiest, strongest version of yourself,” says Hansen. “Music has a unique ability to heal and transform. My hope has always been that my music serves as a form of meditation and healing for others.”

Cautious Clay adds, “This song is inspired by the powerful connection between meditation, breath work, and psilocybin. When Scott sent me the instrumental titled ‘Infinite Health,’ it sparked the lyrics and shaped the message of the track.”

The Where You Are EP arrives on the heels of Tycho’s acclaimed seventh album, Infinite Health, hailed by NPR as “an intimate, emotionally fulfilling journey.” Co-produced by Hansen, Grizzly Bear’s Chris Taylor, and longtime Tycho collaborator Zac Brown, the album has been celebrated for its deeply nostalgic tracks like “Phantom,” “Green,” and “Devices,” all accompanied by breathtaking visuals on YouTube.

Step into Tycho’s evolving world of sound with Where You Are—a project that embodies the intersection of self-discovery, connection, and the boundless healing power of music.
