Two indie heavyweights—Seattle’s Chastity Belt and Austin’s Holy Wave—are joining forces for a gorgeous split 7”, out February 7, 2025, via Suicide Squeeze Records. This is more than just a record—it’s a sonic time capsule, a shimmering fusion of jangle-pop and warm psychedelia that perfectly encapsulates the dreamy essence of both bands.

This limited-edition pressing of only 1,000 copies will be available in 400 yellow, 300 red, and 300 green vinyl, making it an essential collector’s item for fans of both bands and vinyl enthusiasts alike.

A-Side: Chastity Belt – “That Guy”

Chastity Belt kicked things off back in October with their infectious single “That Guy”, a jangly yet spunky anthem that showcases their signature mix of breezy melodies and sharp wit.

B-Side: Holy Wave – “Time Crisis Too”

Out today, February 4, 2025, Holy Wave’s “Time Crisis Too” arrives like a hazy mirage—a sun-drenched, beachy trip through warm psychedelia, warped synths, meticulous percussion, and bright guitars. The song pulses with cinematic nostalgia, elevated by a melodic vibraphone that underscores its wistful meditation on the relentless passage of time.

“‘Time Crisis Too’ was born organically before we even had a direction,” says Holy Wave’s Ryan Fuson. “We played it every night on tour until that final Chicago show—right before the world shut down. It sat on the shelf for years, but I always loved it. We recorded it again in 2022, and now it’s finally seeing the light of day.”

This long-awaited gem is finally yours to hear.
