Radiohead Just Formed a New Business Entity—Is Something Big Coming?

Radiohead detectives, your time has come. For the first time since the Kid A Mnesia reissue—and before that, the lead-up to A Moon Shaped Pool—all five members have joined forces under a new limited liability partnership, a business move they typically reserve for moments of actual significance. This new entity, RHEUK25 LLP, was officially incorporated on March 10, signaling… well, something. A reissue? A long-awaited 10th album? Their first tour since 2018? Or maybe just some behind-the-scenes housekeeping? The truth will unfold in the months ahead.

Of course, this could all be a giant misdirect. But consider this: Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood did the same thing with The Smile, forming Self Help Tapes LLP just before announcing their debut album in 2022. Historically, Radiohead have only set up these entities when there’s actual movement—whether for a new record or a tour. What they haven’t done? Form a business just to sit around and do nothing.

As always, Radiohead remain tight-lipped, and their reps have nothing to offer. The band members themselves have played it cool—sometimes downplaying their future, other times teasing casual meetups that could lead to something bigger. Adding to the intrigue, they just dropped a video this morning marking 30 years of The Bends. Coincidence? Maybe. But with Radiohead, the signals are never random.
