Allo Darlin’ are officially back! After an 11-year hiatus, the beloved Anglo-Australian indiepop quartet return with Bright Nights, their radiant new album out July 11 via Slumberland (US) and Fika Recordings (UK). The band also drops their heartfelt new single “My Love Will Bring You Home” today—a lush, country-tinged anthem that channels maternal devotion through a shimmering pop lens.
The band—who reunited over group Zoom calls during lockdown—made good on their promise to return, selling out comeback shows in minutes in 2023. Now, with Bright Nights, Allo Darlin’ offer a soundtrack to love, loss, parenthood, and renewal—melodic, emotional, and unmistakably theirs.
Drawing on classic pop, folk, and a dusting of country warmth, Bright Nights is both nostalgic and fresh, echoing their earlier albums Europe and We Come From The Same Place while expanding into new emotional terrain. As singer Elizabeth Morris Innset puts it: “It’s an album from the heart.”
