Toronto’s Ducks Ltd. return with a radiant, high-energy cover of Camera Obscura’s indie pop gem “Lloyd, I’m Ready To Be Heartbroken”, featuring dreamy vocal work from Gep Repasky of Lunar Vacation. Out now via Carpark Records, the track is their first new release since last fall’s Grim Symmetry, and channels jangly ’80s UK pop through their signature urgency and warmth.

“We covered it on tour, and it just clicked,” says Tom McGreevy. “It’s one of those songs that feels like it’s always been yours.” Gep’s soaring harmonies bring a lush new dimension to the classic.
