What a beautiful song. This really will become your favorite song on the radio. Sounding slightly nostalgic yet fresh, Eighty Ninety are on to something here. They remind me of male Lanas without the Prozac. There is life to these guys, lots of life. As their bio states:
Brothers Abner (vocals, production) and Harper James (guitar, production) fuse intimate storytelling, sticky melodies, and minimalist pop productions built on acoustic instruments and electronic sounds in a style they call “808s and telecasters”.
The vocals and guitars twine around each other like morning glories on a porch in North Carolina.
