Jesus punk, you say what? It’s true. Motel Jesus play Jesus Punk, and they do a great job at it. Is it any surprise that there is a punk band dedicated to Jesus? Well, it shouldn’t be. Remember, Jesus was the ultimate punk. Remember how he died; remember WHY he died; remember the money changers. Beside all that, this is a great, catchy song that will get your soul and body grooving. Motel Jesus is Glenn (GB) and Tammy Lynn Hettrick who met while playing in various punk bands in NYC, playing and even getting kicked out of CBGB’s. So, their punk routes are never in question, and neither is their faith. This is what Christianity is about, guys. Enjoy and learn. (Oh, and Porkchop and Bitey, a big WOOF to you guys).
