    The Beths

    “Future Me Hates Me”

    Future Me Hates Me

What a great, great band/  They have a sound that remind me of Veruca Salt, yet all wrapped up in an independent sound.  Coming from Auckland, New Zealand, this band, comprised of Elizabeth Stokes – Guitar and Vocals; Jonathan Pearce – Guitar and Vocals; Benjamin Sinclair – Bass and Vocals;  and Ivan Luketina-Johnston – Drums and Vocals, is the perfect combination of punk and pop.  I love this band so much.  They are so damned personable.  We need more bands.  No wonder so many publications are listing The Beths on their best of lists.  They are that good.  By the way, this is the most appropriate songs ever.  I identify with this so much.
