Christian Lee Hutson (ft. Julia Jacklin) – “You’re Still The One”
This cover of the Shania Twain song is really a thing of absolute beauty. Hutson and Jacklin have two of the best voices out there, and when they unite to sing this love song, it sounds heavenly. Seriously, the combinations of their vocals and Hutson’s acoustic guitar convince you they are really in love. This will be the song that will be played at weddings for years to come. “You’re Still The One” continues Hutson partnership with Phoebe Bridgers, which, so far, is a huge success. The two of them obvious clique, and Jacklin is another of the indie folk sing that cliques also. I love the fact that the new indie folk scene work together so well. This DIY and work ethic remind me of the first punk wave, where the bands all worked together. This is what music is about. Listen to this lovely song.
