For those of you that don’t know—Beach Fossils is an American indie rock band formed in 2009 in Brooklyn, New York. The band’s music is characterized by jangly guitar riffs, dreamy vocals, and hazy melodies that evoke a sense of nostalgia and longing. The band’s sound has been described as “lo-fi”, “bedroom pop”, and “surf rock”, with influences from 80s post-punk and 90s shoegaze.

We had the pleasure of hearing their upcoming release Bunny and we are sure this will receive critical acclaim and further establish the band as a leading figure in the indie rock scene. The album features memorable tracks such as “Run To The Moon”, “Anything Is Anything”, “Don’t Fade Away” and “Tough Love”, which showcase the band’s ability to craft catchy melodies and introspective lyrics.

Beach Fossils’ expand upon the band’s sound by incorporating elements of jazz, funk, and orchestral arrangements. The band’s evolution in sound has been praised by critics, who have noted their ability to experiment with new genres while staying true to their signature style.

Beach Fossils is a band that has established itself as a unique voice in the indie rock scene. Their music is both nostalgic and forward-thinking, with lyrics that explore themes of love, loss, and the passage of time. Fans of dreamy, introspective music will likely love Beach Fossils’ Bunny. This is pure dream/bedroom pop-rock at its finest.  8/10
