For those of you new to them. Temples is a British psychedelic rock band formed in Kettering, Northamptonshire, England, in 2012. The band’s sound is heavily influenced by 1960s psychedelic rock and features catchy melodies, swirling guitars, and lush harmonies. The band has released several albums, including “Sun Structures” (2014), “Volcano” (2017), and “Hot Motion” (2019) and now “Exotico” (2023).

Critics and fans have generally praised Temples for their retro sound and dynamic live performances. The band’s debut album, “Sun Structures,” received critical acclaim for its catchy melodies and retro sound. Reviewers praised the album for its authentic and well-executed psychedelic rock sound, with some comparing it favorably to classic bands like The Beatles and The Byrds.

The band’s follow-up album, “Exotico,” is also well-received, with critics praising the band’s ability to evolve their sound while still retaining their trademark psychedelic sound. Fans and critics alike have praised Temples for their high-energy live performances, which often feature elaborate light shows and psychedelic visuals. Exotico is an incredible album filled with their signature psychedelic music that fuses elements of Brit Pop-Rock and Classic Rock styles seamlessly. They make it their own adorning hypnotic, sultry synths with songs like “Afterlife” “Sultry Air” and “Cicada”.

Temples have received positive reviews for their retro-inspired psychedelic rock sound and dynamic live performances. Fans of classic 1960s psychedelic rock and fans of modern indie rock alike will thoroughly enjoy the splendor of their new album Exotico. See “Oval Stones” below:
