    Foo Fighters have released its 11th album, But Here We Are — and once again found itself in mourning (as it did with the death of Kurt Cobain). Drummer Taylor Hawkins died unexpectedly in March 2022, leaving the band’s future momentarily uncertain but they have picked up and have carried on in a HEAVY direction. The songs are about loss of memory, the loss of comfort, the loss of the past, and the loss of home. Grohl sings with fervor and deep, intense passion on each song. There’s a sense of despair but hopeful despair. We give this a 7/10. Check out “The Glass” below:
