Holy Wave’s new album, Five Of Cups, finds the Austin psychedelic mainstay pushing its sound into muted, nocturnal new territory. The full record out this Friday, August 4th, via Suicide Squeeze Records. Their final single “The Darkest Timeline” is premiering on Under The Radar, and is accompanied by a tastefully understated video, directed by the band-member Ryan Fuson, that highlights the intricate musicianship of the artists involved. The mysterious song is aided by a guest feature from Mexican shoegazers Lorelle Meets The Obsolete. Things start out brooding and subdued, but ultimately build to a cathartic climax that captures the most energetic side of dream pop.

The band have several upcoming US + UK/EU tour dates scheduled August through December 2023.
