    Maxime.’s Life and Death of a Dog transcends mere auditory experience, emerging as a poignant sonic exploration of companionship, loss, and the ineffable bond between humans. This album is a listening experience unlike any other we’ve had recently. The album is perfection all the way through.

    Maxime., an artist known for self-releasing, producing, and engineering his music from his bedroom, has gained attention for his distinctive, colorful music that blends genres with infectious pop sensibilities. His debut album, “whatevernowiscalled,” released in 2019, has amassed over 10 million streams globally, showcasing his ability to capture listeners with its expansive, genre-blending soundscapes. Following this, his second album “cerulean,” released in December 2020, represented a bold step in his sonic evolution, highlighting his songwriting against a backdrop of electronic influences.
