Canadian alt-rock powerhouse The Beaches are back with No Hard Feelings, their third studio album, landing August 29 via AWAL. Alongside the announcement, the band delivers a burst of sun-drenched energy with lead single “Last Girls at the Party”—a bold, carefree anthem that’s made for late nights and even later exits.

Built around bright guitar hooks and a chant-worthy chorus, “Last Girls at the Party” celebrates the group’s wild camaraderie and relentless spirit. “We’re literally always the last to leave,” says frontwoman Jordan Miller, and the track makes it clear—The Beaches aren’t going anywhere.

No Hard Feelings spans 11 tracks of fiery riffs, tongue-in-cheek lyricism, and emotional undercurrents—ranging from the euphoric (“Touch Myself”) to the bittersweet (“Lesbian of the Year”). It’s The Beaches at full throttle: loud, raw, and entirely unapologetic.

To celebrate, the band is hosting invite-only DJ sets for fans who pre-save the album.
