Just ahead of their collaborative album Tall Tales (out tomorrow via Warp Records), Thom Yorke and electronic innovator Mark Pritchard share the final single “The Spirit,” a haunting, synth-laced track elevated by Yorke’s signature ethereal vocals. The song lands alongside a surreal, cinematic video from visual artist Jonathan Zawada, offering one last look into the eerie, digitally warped universe of Tall Tales.
The album’s full experience debuts today in select theaters worldwide as part of a special global screening event featuring the album’s accompanying feature film—an immersive, dystopian vision years in the making. Early attendees will get an exclusive zine filled with behind-the-scenes insights curated by Zawada.
Tall Tales is Yorke’s first release on Warp Records and showcases his moody lyricism paired with Pritchard’s synth mastery and decades-spanning electronic pedigree. Across 12 expansive tracks, the project blends analog grit, sci-fi textures, and themes of environmental decay and human overreach.
