    Hard Boiled Soft Boiled

    “New Obsession”

Odonis Odonis, consisting of Tzenes on vocals and guitar, Denholm Whale on bass and Jarod Gibson of drums, are a post punk/surf gazer/post no wave band from Toronto.  On their new single, New Obsession, Odonis Odonis combines the feedback and ferocity of Jesus and Mary Chain with the hard hitting techno mix of early Ministry and adds a touch of DNA/Mars/Contortions jerkiness.  This combination is the perfect vehicle for the creepiness of New Obsession.  Add the official video of the song, and you have the ultimate soundtrack to your darkest fantasies.  This song might scare the life out of you, but your ears and your brain will thank you again and again.
