Don’t let the name fool you. This quartet from Fort Collins. CO, might sound soft but they are not. Their lyrics are very hard hitting. Voice Magazine calls “a spirited call-to-arms, the soundtrack for an examined young life ripe with initiative— it’s like the kind of friend who picks you up and reminds you that you can make it if you try.” But don’t be confused; Fierce Bad Rabbit is the type of friend that tells it to you straight, even if you don’t want to hear. This is great music with intelligent, hard-hitting lyrics; the kind of combination hard to find, reminding the listener of Arcade Fire or Supertramp. These are the friends I want backing me up in life.
