The New Pornographers will continue their 2015 tour this May with a series of festival appearances and international dates. See below for complete details. The tour celebrates the band’s new album, Brill Bruisers, which is out now on Matador Records (available for purchase here). The record is the highest charting album in the band’s career and continues to receive widespread critical acclaim—Rolling Stone praises, “…exuberant, synthpop-infused set…” while NPR Music asserts, “With its wrecking crew of songwriters and singers, The New Pornographers’ long-running marriage of craft and immediacy puts this group of musicians right in line with Brill’s expert hit-makers,” and Billboard proclaims, “…the album features the group’s most beautiful, whimsical harmonies yet.”

Highlights on the album include the new single, “Dancehall Domine,” the official video for which recently premiered at VEVO and can now be viewed/embedded here. Additionally, Pitchfork selected the title song as a “Best New Track,” while the official music video for the track “War On The East Coast” premiered at Rolling Stone and can be viewed/embedded here. The band also recently performed songs from the album on both “Conan” and the “Late Show with David Letterman.”

The band performed a special NPR Music “First Listen Live” concert at the legendary Brill Building to celebrate the release. Of the event, Rolling Stone made note of the, “New Pornographers’ Once-in-a-Lifetime Brill Building Set,” while Brooklyn Vegan asserted, “…a cool nod to pop songwriting’s past that clearly is an influence on The New Pornographers in general and their great new album, Brill Bruisers, specifically.”
